El Pueblo
New living in new forms
Discover El Pueblo, a unique project fostering self-determined living, communal responsibility, and clear decisions in the heart of nature. We invite you to explore our vision, our values, and how you can become a part of this pioneering community.

Our vision:
A new way of living
El Pueblo is more than just a place; it's a new concept of living. Imagine an organic village with a central community house, small family homes made from natural materials, lush gardens, animals, a school, and sports facilities. We aim for self-sufficiency through our own energy generation, water purification, and communal economic efforts. This is a decentralized village functioning in harmony with nature, where living is reimagined as organic and connected. It’s manageable, self-sufficient, communally supported – with clear structures, open life designs, and genuine responsibility for one another. This is what sets El Pueblo apart from other projects.

Our stance:
Openness and responsibility
At El Pueblo, there are no dogmas, no rigid rules for living. We believe people are diverse, and that is precisely what we welcome. Our philosophy is about clear thinking, respectful action, and shared responsibility. We foster an environment where individual freedom flourishes within a supportive community framework. We seek individuals ready to contribute actively to building this place, not just those with ideas.

Current progress & how to get involved
We are currently assembling our core team – individuals who are not only rich in ideas but also ready to actively build this place. We are looking for diverse skills and competencies: construction, agriculture, energy, education, organization, health, and community building. Most importantly, we seek people who are eager to learn and committed to our shared vision. If you are an international individual looking to participate in shaping a sustainable and connected future, this page contains all the information you need.
“We’re not only looking for experts, but also for committed, eager-to-learn people who want to bring our vision to life.”
We’re glad you found your way here. By filling out this questionnaire, you’re showing genuine interest — and that’s the most important first step for us.
To get a good sense of you and your skills, we want to get to know you as well as possible digitally. We know it’s a lot of questions and takes time. The more detailed and honest your answers, the better we can understand you. You can save your progress at any time and continue later.
We want to turn our idea into reality. To do that, we need the right mix of people — with clarity, heart, and real ability to make things happen. Everyone will have their place.
We look forward to possibly meeting you in person soon!
WHY THE QUESTIONNAIRE?
Because we don’t want to build just a loose network, but a real foundation. A village isn’t created through likes — it grows through clarity, mindset, and commitment. The questionnaire helps us understand who you are, what drives you, what skills you bring — and whether we’re truly a good fit. Not everyone needs to be part of the core team, but anyone who wants to seriously join this journey can make themselves visible. If this vision truly calls you, this is your first conscious step.
Do you just want to ask one question first?
WE NEED YOU

Why invest in El Pueblo?
Investing in El Pueblo now is an opportunity for the future and security. The project represents an independent, self-sufficient system that combines modern living with harmony with nature. Even if you don’t plan to live in the village permanently, secure a place in this new, sustainable way of life.
Invest in your self-sufficiency, stability, and future security.
Where does the investment go?
The investments flow into several key areas that enable and accelerate the development of El Pueblo. These primarily include land acquisition, the construction and renovation of houses, and the establishment of a self-sufficient energy supply.
Another important part is start-up financing to create the fundamental structures, planning, and organization needed to realize the village step by step. In this way, investors directly contribute to building a future-proof, independent, and nature-connected lifestyle concept.
Who can become an investor?
Everyone is welcome who sees the next necessary step in El Pueblo. Whether as a silent investor, an active member, or someone who wants to secure safety through a self-sufficient community.
We appreciate any form of participation that advances our project and supports our vision.
The development of El Pueblo over the next 5–10 years
Over the next 5–10 years, El Pueblo is planned to grow step by step into a fully functioning, self-sufficient village. In the first phase, the focus is on securing land, building infrastructure, and establishing the first residential houses. By 2030, autonomous energy and supply systems, community spaces, and projects focused on self-sufficiency and sustainable agriculture will be developed in parallel.
Over time, this will evolve into a stable, nature-connected community that combines modern living with independence, future security, and life in harmony with nature.
Investors benefit in the long term by becoming part of this growing project: through the increase in value of infrastructure and land, participation in village projects, and the opportunity to have a place for retreat, safety, and self-sufficiency in the future—even if they do not live there permanently.
Return: Value for Generations
At El Pueblo, we see return more broadly—as a true, sustainable value that grows financially, economically, socially, and ecologically. Our WHY are we doing this
We are not founding this village to escape. Not out of fear. Not out of defiance. And not because we feel that "everything is wrong." We are founding it because we sense that more is possible. We need a new way of living: organic and connected. In community.
"We do not believe that everyone is the same. But we believe that people are stronger together when they think clearly, take responsibility, and give each other space. This village is not a retreat. It is a step forward. And we are starting now."
Our "why" begins right here
Today, many people live in structures that make them consume, manage, and react—but rarely truly create. Responsibility is delegated. Decisions are outsourced. Community is replaced by neighborhoods without connection.
We do not believe in perfection
We want to create a place where people actively participate again. Where responsibility is not passed on, but embraced.
For energy. For food. For education. For community.
We believe in awareness
A core element of our project is the human being. Everyone lives differently. Everyone has their own story, habits, and beliefs. And that is okay.
Whether vegan or meat-loving, with an evening drink or without—lifestyles can be different. What matters is not how someone lives, but how consciously someone lives.
Self-Determined Education
Respect. Tolerance. Clear thinking. The ability to take responsibility for one’s own actions. This is the foundation.
We also want to create a place where children can learn freely and vibrantly—embedded in nature, community, and real life. Education should not only impart knowledge but also judgment, independence, and the ability to ask questions.
We are not a protest movement
We want to show that self-sufficiency, modern infrastructure, and communal living are not contradictory. That sustainability does not mean sacrifice, but creation. That diversity does not mean division, but richness.
Our "Why" is not a protest against the world. It is a conscious decision to actively contribute to further development.
